If your order is being delivered to an EU country and you have a VAT Number, and you wish to receive your order exempt from VAT, you will need to provide us with this information before you place your order.
Please create a customer account, then (while you are signed in) send us a message via our contact page including your VAT number requesting UK VAT exempt supplies.
Once we have verified your VAT number matches with your delivery details on your account, we will enable your order to receive VAT exempt supplies. Although you only need to provide this information once, we will check your VAT numbers validity from time to time before releasing your order. you MUST inform us if your details change.
If you live outside the EU or are a member of a non-EU state, your order will automatically be exempted from UK VAT.
