Deliveries and returns
If your order is received and paid for by 2pm, packages are generally dispatched the same day via Interlink Express or DPD with tracking and Text/Email Notification (where your mobile number and/or email has been provided).
If you prefer, you can check out online and select the "in person or your own carrier" option at the "Delivery Method" stage then arrange to collect your goods in person or arrange collection with your own carrier. Please call us before ordering when you are selecting this method to agree a collection day/time. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to failed collections or delays by your own carrier.
Delivery fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment, and the delivery destination.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns will be accepted providing you notify us in writing (Letter or Email) within 14 days from the day after receiving the goods that you no longer require them, and return them within a further 14 days from this notice. Return postage will be at your expense (except where goods are faulty) and will not be refunded by Traditional Boat Supplies Ltd. Your original delivery charges will however be refunded in full. Refunds will be issued within a further 14 days from when we receive the goods back.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days in which to claim a full refund if a product is found to be faulty.
